Cancellations and refunds
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This website provides information and contact facilities and does not process payments. This page explains how to raise a cancellation, return or refund issue concerning a transaction arranged separately with the business. Entitlement depends on the actual transaction, its agreed terms and applicable law; submitting an enquiry does not create a payment to refund.
1. No payment is taken by this page
Browsing the spiritual-reference material and preparing an enquiry draft do not debit a card, transfer money or create a charge. The website contains no checkout or paid appointment booking. If a separate consultation involves payment, identify the actual provider and recipient before paying. This publisher notice cannot certify a bank account or confirm a booking. Keep the agreed service description and receipt rather than treating an unsent draft as proof of a transaction.
2. Clarify a spiritual-service arrangement
Before considering a consultation or ritual, establish the procedure, any fee, cancellation conditions and what is actually being supplied. Do not make financial commitments based on guaranteed love, debt relief or health outcomes; no such result is established by the source material. A source anecdote does not define refund entitlement for a later transaction. The accepted agreement, actual representations and applicable legal protections matter. This website imposes no universal nonrefundable rule or automatic penalty for asking a question.
3. How to explain your request
Use the Contact page to describe whether you want to cancel, return an item, correct a charge or seek a refund. Include a transaction reference, the relevant dates, the item or service and the reason for the request. Explain the outcome you are seeking and retain copies of relevant correspondence. Do not include full card details, banking passwords or security codes in the message; limited information can be requested separately if needed to identify the payment.
4. Work, deposits and a disputed promise
Where money was paid for a separately agreed service, the nature of any work performed, authorised costs, deposit conditions and representations must be considered against the actual agreement and law. A statement that a ritual was performed does not automatically settle every refund dispute. Equally, disappointment alone cannot be assigned a universal repayment formula by this general page. Retain messages that show the promised service and conditions, and ask the responsible provider for a clear explanation of any proposed deduction or refusal.
5. Faults, incomplete performance and incorrect charges
If an item appears defective, a service differs from what was agreed, or a charge is duplicated or incorrect, describe the discrepancy and any evidence that helps identify it. A remedy might involve correction, repair, replacement, cancellation or repayment, depending on the circumstances and applicable rights. Do not assume that a website notice removes a warranty or statutory remedy. Where an issue presents an immediate safety concern, stop the affected use and seek appropriate assistance.
6. Repayment and the correct party
A refund issue must reach the provider or payment recipient responsible for the transaction. The publishing entity and a person named in a reference are not automatically the same contracting party. Verify the recipient before sending further money or private payment information. Where repayment is agreed or required, confirm the amount, method and processing arrangements in writing. The website does not approve a refund or confirm a bank transfer, and mandatory consumer remedies remain available for the actual transaction.
7. Third-party transactions and unresolved concerns
A manufacturer, finance provider, insurer, marketplace or other seller may have separate responsibilities under its own agreement. Identify the relevant party rather than assuming that every payment mentioned in correspondence was made to this website's operator. Keep your supporting records if a question remains unresolved and explain which point still needs attention. Nothing on this page prevents you from using statutory remedies, a competent consumer authority or a dispute process available for the transaction.
